This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by DigitaleGrow, including Website Design, Presentation Design, Graphic Design, and Branding services.

By engaging DigitaleGrow for any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Service Model

DigitaleGrow offers project-based services with clearly defined scopes, deliverables, and timelines agreed upon before the start of any project.

All projects require an upfront payment to reserve time, initiate planning, and begin work.

Payment Structure

For project-based services, payments are typically structured as follows:

  • 20% upfront payment to initiate the project

  • 60% progress payment after initial drafts are approved

  • 20% final payment upon project completion and before final delivery

Specific payment terms may vary slightly based on the project and will be confirmed in writing.

Refund Eligibility

Upfront Payment (20%)

  • A full refund of the upfront payment will be issued only if:

    • The client chooses not to proceed after reviewing the initial drafts, and

    • No revision requests or further work have been made.

  • No refund will be issued if:

    • The client requests revisions or modifications to the initial drafts

    • The project moves beyond the initial draft stage

    • Work has progressed based on client feedback or approvals

Progress & Final Payments

  • Progress payments and final payments are non-refundable, as they cover completed work, reserved project time, and delivered services.

Client Responsibilities & Delays

Clients are responsible for providing all required content, assets, and feedback necessary to complete the project.

  • If required project details or assets are not provided within 30 days of the upfront payment, the project may be paused.

  • In such cases, the upfront payment becomes non-refundable.

  • If the client communicates a valid reason for delay, an extension of up to 90 days (maximum) may be granted at DigitaleGrow’s discretion.

  • Projects delayed beyond this period may require a new payment arrangement to resume.

While DigitaleGrow is committed to delivering high-quality professional services, we do not guarantee specific business, financial, or performance outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

DigitaleGrow reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
